The check-in process was smooth and efficient, though I
was disappointed by the early closing times of the bar on both nights. The rooftop lounge offered a pleasant atmosphere, but access could be improved. Overall, the comfortable bed and cleanliness made for a restful night despite these drawbacks.

The rooftop seating area with stunning views made our evenings exceptional, and the personalized outreach from the hotel staff before our stay added a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.

A perfect location for walking
The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore downtown Boone on foot. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop seating area offered stunning views.
Unfortunately, we were assigned to a basement room that felt odd and lacked natural light. The air was stale, diminishing the overall experience.

absolutely shocking experience at this so-called hotel. had to wait for breakfast menu items while the staff was too busy chatting. as if being assigned a dark, basement-like room wasn't bad enough. i almost gave a great review, but the lack of complimentary treats? disgraceful! huuuge disappointment considering the price.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored a quiet path that overlooks downtown, ending at the Grandfather Trail with amazing views of the stadiums. Perfect for hiking! The hotel was very clean, and the shared spaces were great for hanging out. Make sure to check out the rooftop. it was a great spot to relax after our adventures.
One downside was that we encountered a bit of a wait for the breakfast service. it could take longer than expected on busier mornings.

The rooftop seating area features fire pits and stunning views that make for a fantastic place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites relaxation. The hotel's cleanliness stands out, making it feel fresh and appealing, which adds to the overall experience.
Breakfast setup can be clunky. you have to wait in the lobby for service, where menu items are limited and sometimes overloaded on plates, making it a hassle to carry food back to your room. Additionally, the bar closes early on both nights, forcing guests to trek to a rooftop area for drinks, and the wait for the elevator could stretch to ten minutes. Some rooms on the lower levels are windowless or lack adequate lighting, making them feel cramped and uninviting.
